Tittle : Lack Of Employment and Increase Unemployment In Indoensia

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, formerly  I will say thanks for the audience that have give me a chance in front of you to tell you about my speech. In my speech, I will talk about 3 topics that relate to the title which I will share about today.

1.      Education not ensure easy to get a job

The reason being that in Indonesia a lot of stutendts who have earned a colloge degree still be unemployment especially for those out there who have only completed primary school, how they can get a job. Let’s see now, unemployment is increasing, it is not because of education again but because lack of employment are lacking in Indonesia. So we can not blame education becamoes a common factor to get a job.

2.        Many people of indonesia that work in another country

This is because of  lack of working place and job in indonesia and make them go to other countries to looking for a job. It is because in the other countries, there need many of indonesia worker. Why ? because indoensia workers will work anything to get money, there for they works in other countries. And as we see now, example some of my friends want working in australia because than indonesia. it is mean, they work not in company, but can get much money. They want work at there because interested the big salary when exchange to indonesia rupiah and the big different value of indonesia rupiah and australia dollars.

3.        Unemployment will increase from year to year

It is because the granduated student that want working can not get a job. They hard to find the apporpriate job in Indonesia for them and lacking of working place. But for the degree student, want to found the big salary as possible as they can for their job. All of them are the cause of  increasing unemployment in indoensia. In very years, people finish their school and make more people need wokrs, but hard to get it. It is make the increasing of unemployment people.

The last is for all of us in this place. I hope, we can be the businessman and create the new working field for them that not get a job. At least we are here can decrease unemployment for indonesia. And it is all of my speech today, what i can say. Soory if make many mistakes for my speech. Thank you for your attention.
