Peluang adalah sebuah terapan yang terdiri dari kreativitas dan inovasi untuk memecahkan masalah dan melihat kesempatan yang dihadapi setiap hari.

Itulah pengertian peluang usaha menurut parah ahli. Di dalam dunia bisnis kata peluang tidak asing lagi bagi seorang pembisnis di dunia ekonomi. Kenapa ? karena peluang lah yang harus di ambil dan jangan sekali-kali untuk dilepaska. Yang dimana dapat membuat seseorang itu dapat memanfaatkan kesempatan yang ada untuk di jadikan sebagai hal yang tidak akan pernah terjadi untuk kedua kalinya dan tidak akan pernah terjadi lagi dengan peristiwa yang sama yang pernah terjadi pada saat kesempatan itu di dapatkan. Sehingga jangan pernah kita melepaskan peluang yang sudah ada di depan mata kita, jika perlu di ambil dan di manfaatkan sebagai kesempatan yang dapat menjadikan uang yang banyak jika kalau di dalam dunia bisnis.

Tidak hanya di dalam bisnis saja peluang itu terjadi. Pada saat seseorang ingin mencari pekerjaan, pasti nya seseorang tersebut juga harus pandai dalam melihat peluang untuk diambil sebagai kesempatan untuk masuk dalam dunia kerja. Dalan dunia kerja peluang ini sering terjadi pada saat interview bagi calon karyawan yang ingin melamar bekerja di perusahaan tersebut.  Sehingga apabila dalam panggilan untuk diinterview ini, seorang pelamar kerja harus memanfaatkan kesempatan interview nya secara baik. Jika kalau tidak bisa memanfaatkan kesempatan ini, maka saingan pelamar kerja yang lain nya akan mengambil kesempatan yang sama. Sehingga peluang adalah kesempatan yang tidak boleh dilepaskan tetapi dapat di manfaatkan dengan sebaik mungkin.

Dan seperti halnya dalam dunia olahraga. Seperti sepak bola, dalam sepak bola akan sangat sulit dalam memasukin bola ke gawang lawan. Karena pertahanan dalam permainan yang sangat penting agar tidak terjadinya gol pada sesama lawan. Jadi bagi seorang persepak bola, peluang yang sangat ditunggu oleh para pemain bola pasti nya adalah pinalti, itu adalah salah satu peluang yang sangat penting dan baik untuk para pihak club dalam sepak bola. Kenapa ? karena pinalti itu adalah peluang yang sangat berharga bagi setiap club yang bermain sepak bola. Karena itu merupakan peluang yang jarang sekali terjadi pada setiap pertandingan yang akan terjadi. Sehingga pinalti merupakan kesempatan yang sangat tidak mudah untuk didapatkan, makanya dalam pinalti ini lah pemain yang menendang bola ini sudah benar-benar terpilih agar bola tersebut dapat masuk kegawang lawan, tetapi bagi yang tidak hebat dalam menendang bola pinlati ini maka bola tersebut tidak masuk. Dan pada akhirnya nya kesempatan untuk mendapatkan gol pun gagal.

Kesimpulan dari contoh diatas adalah jangan pernah sekali-kali kita melepaskan sebuah peluang yang sudah ada di depan mata, karena peluang atau kesempatan tidak akan pernah terjadi untuk kedua kalinya. Dan manfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan semaksimal mungkin, agar peluang itu menjadi sesuatu yang sangat berharga yang mendatangkan keberhasilan yang sukses.

Hello,
Meet I again with Adi, for this meeting, I want share short story about myself with place theme that I can recommended for people visiting to my hometown. First place is Peniti House or Pengkang House. In this place, we can enjoy and eat Borneo Food which named Pengkang. We can go there from Pontianak to Peniti House for 1,5 hours. Why I suggest that place is because I think this place appropriate for the place of explore special food in west Borneo. We can eat Pengkang with kepah sauce or like as cockles that hard to find in the other places. And we can enjoy cockle roasted food adding peanut sauce. Why I can know this ? Because I often go there, especially when I go outside of city, when I go out of town and pass this Peniti House, I surely go there. The second place is alun-alun kapuas or usually call as korem. I suggest this place because that is the place for relaxing and enjoying the river set view when sunset is come. Not only that, we can see many of community at there, one of them is the community of animal and so on. This community can be the place for kids to playing, the place for buying unique things for use by their self. And not forget also, in like certain days, this place always make some activity in certain events like closing new year, cap go meh celebration and so on. And at that night, we can see so many colours in the sky because the fire work. Maybe just it my story for today, and follow me in my other story, I will share it in this blog.

Tittle : Lack Of Employment and Increase Unemployment In Indoensia

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, formerly  I will say thanks for the audience that have give me a chance in front of you to tell you about my speech. In my speech, I will talk about 3 topics that relate to the title which I will share about today.

1.      Education not ensure easy to get a job

The reason being that in Indonesia a lot of stutendts who have earned a colloge degree still be unemployment especially for those out there who have only completed primary school, how they can get a job. Let’s see now, unemployment is increasing, it is not because of education again but because lack of employment are lacking in Indonesia. So we can not blame education becamoes a common factor to get a job.

2.        Many people of indonesia that work in another country

This is because of  lack of working place and job in indonesia and make them go to other countries to looking for a job. It is because in the other countries, there need many of indonesia worker. Why ? because indoensia workers will work anything to get money, there for they works in other countries. And as we see now, example some of my friends want working in australia because than indonesia. it is mean, they work not in company, but can get much money. They want work at there because interested the big salary when exchange to indonesia rupiah and the big different value of indonesia rupiah and australia dollars.

3.        Unemployment will increase from year to year

It is because the granduated student that want working can not get a job. They hard to find the apporpriate job in Indonesia for them and lacking of working place. But for the degree student, want to found the big salary as possible as they can for their job. All of them are the cause of  increasing unemployment in indoensia. In very years, people finish their school and make more people need wokrs, but hard to get it. It is make the increasing of unemployment people.

The last is for all of us in this place. I hope, we can be the businessman and create the new working field for them that not get a job. At least we are here can decrease unemployment for indonesia. And it is all of my speech today, what i can say. Soory if make many mistakes for my speech. Thank you for your attention.

I Last Meal On Earth.

Met me again , today i will split story about food most recently that i was going to eat one last time. Food that is the last to be i ate this is instant noodles . Why did i pick that ? because i think that food there is always for me wherever when i am hungry for this and do not have food who want to eat again . So instant noodles this is the food that is my choice , and easy to wherever been gained. Because they were we can buy wherever , both in cafes on near the , in supermarkets , and were still able to can wherever .And food is readily to be cooked own , without there must be the aid of others. I think you are not familiar with his name instant noodles , why because every you watch television just , whether it is a sponsors and advertising always broadcast that . So as to make you to easily remember that product , and has been famous throughout indonesia instant noodles. I will show to those of you who read my blog this , if eat noodles should not be at the same time as white rice instant because noodles and packaged white is equally sources of carbohydrate which is quite high. In one porsinya course , instant noodles already containing 400 calories. If coupled with white rice, her womb could rise to 700 - 800 calories. And normally, to humans only need 1,700 - 2,000 calories in day. It had to with various nutritional intake and in 3 meal great and 3 times eat lightly. And last before i close this story, i forgot said instant noodles i love it, only states instant noodles just, in the instant noodles it has many so type. Is whose names his pop noodles, some noodles wrap, the cup noodle and still many more. And of it all, i often eat it is instant noodles wrap example his as noodles chicken broth. Maybe only that a story for today, thank you and goodbye next time.
